Emerald Star Cruises presents our new Summer Menu, celebrating the honour of our acceptance into the Australian Register of Historic Vessels. For this special occasion we are launching our new onboard catering, this is a new chapter for us and we are very excited by the possibilities... the following is our sample fare.

B.B.Q. Harbour Menu.

This menu is for the diner who requires wholesome alternatives, cooked fresh on-board



  • Continental sausage ( smoky Chorizo ) served hot
  • Shelled whole green prawns with Homemade Thai lime dressing
  • Trimmed Chicken thigh fillet with Honey, Soy, Garlic & Ginger
  • Scotch fillet

The above, will be served with a selection of fresh Mantova & Damper rolls, with a choice of fresh salads. To accompany this there will be a selection of condiments and caramelized onions

  • Our Signiture Salad” of Rocket with baked honey pumpkin, Goat Cheese and roasted nuts & drizzled with Virgin olive oil with seeded mustard dressing

Cocktail menu

  • A light refreshing starter of fresh natural oyster shots with tangy original cocktail sauce
  • Mini lamb skewers served with a cucumber and tziki dipping sauce
  • Chicken drummettes or wingettes roasted with a spicy satay or honey and ktjap manis sauce
  • Homemade mini hamburgers patties on a freshly baked petit pain roll served with a chunky style tomato relish
  • Seared sea scallops served with a flaming Pernod cram sauce
  • Baby octopus marinated in BBQ sauce served off the grill
