To guarantee and secure your booking with
Emerald Star Cruises a minimum of $200.00 is required
within a week of confirming the booking
The balance of the charter fee is to be paid 14 days
prior the date of the confirmed charter.
A refundable security bond of $500.00 is required to be
paid on or before the cruise, the bond is to be repaid
in full to the client subject to no damages, undue mess
or theft incurred.
Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to board
the vessel under any circumstance.
The Emerald Star has a policy on the Responsible Service
of Alcohol.
If a cruise is cancelled and the cruise can be rebooked
at a similar time as the cancelled cruise, then a refund
from the deposit will be paid less $50.00 booking fee.
Confirmation of passenger numbers : The charterer or
hirer will advise Emerald Star Cruises of the numbers of
passengers prior to the cruise at least 5 days for
Catered Cruises or 3 days for BYO cruises.
In the event of any photographs or video footage being
taken on board the Emerald Star we reserve the right to
use such images for promotions including brochures,
websites etc. ( consent will be sought from passengers
before going to print )
Emerald Star Cruises reserves the right to terminate a
cruise at short notice at any time during a cruise due
to unacceptable behaviour or intoxication among the
passengers for the safety of vessel, passengers and crew
on board.
Charter time commences when the vessel docks in at the
allocated wharf and finishes at the predetermined wharf,
this will be for agreed cruise times being the standard
four hour or any agreed variation to this.
Inner Harbour wharves, eg; Opera House, Circular Quay
and Darling Harbour attract a $45.00 surcharge for
landing and pickups, this is payable by Emerald Star
Cruise as a levy to NSW Maritime.
The passenger acknowledges that during the cruise the
vessel will be under the absolute control of the Master
and that direction and control of the vessel and its
crew is at all times the responsibility of the Master to
ensure the safety and welfare of the vessel, its
passengers and crew.
The Passenger releases Emerald Star Cruises for any
claim whatsoever including a claim for death or bodily
injury damage or loss of property at all times whilst
onboard the Emerald Star unless caused by wanton
recklessness of the Master or crew.
Passengers shall not bring onboard, explosives, firearms
or flammable materials of any kind. |
